Nose
Smoke drifts first — gentle, earthy, more bonfire than medicinal — followed by rye bread spice, honey, and a whisper of orange peel. There is a breadiness beneath it all that roots the smoke to something warm and edible.
Palate
Three whiskies fighting politely for attention. Rye spice arrives first — pepper, clove, caraway — then smoke curls around it, dry and earthy, and unpeated malt brings honey and baked apple to round the edges. Oily and layered.
Finish
Long, warming, and faintly smoky, drying into rye crust, clove, and a trail of oak. Every sip leaves something different behind.
