Nose
Green pepper smoke curls out first, then rye bread crust, warm agave syrup and a flicker of struck flint. A lime-peel brightness underneath.
Palate
Earthy and vegetal — roasted poblano, caraway, dark honey. The rye spice arrives mid-palate, peppery and clove-warm, wrapped in that unmistakable mezcal char.
Finish
Long, smoky and faintly saline. Dried chilli, burnt sugar and a ghost of tequila worm-salt.
