Warm honeycomb, ripe orchard pear and a whisper of orange blossom drift up first, followed by toasted almond, vanilla pod and a faint salt-spray note from the Mediterranean air.
Palate
Soft and oily across the tongue — clover honey, banana bread, malted biscuit and gentle baking spice. A flicker of citrus peel keeps it bright before creamy oak takes hold.
Finish
Medium length, warming and softly spiced, with lingering vanilla, toasted barley and a faint coastal salinity that hums on the lips.
