Rich oak, caramel, dried cherry. Seventeen years have given this Tennessee whisky genuine maturity and depth. Beneath the oak, vanilla, a gentle charcoal note and a warm cereal sweetness. The age shows beautifully.
Palate
Rich and mature — dark caramel, dried fruit, a robust oak character. The seventeen years of Tennessee aging have produced a whisky of genuine sophistication. The charcoal mellowing adds a distinctive smoothness without stripping character. Mid-palate brings brown sugar, cinnamon and a warm, gentle sweetness.
