Nose
Caramelised brown sugar, toasted oak, orchard fruit and a whisper of maple. Beneath, vanilla pod and a trace of charred barrel smoke.
Palate
Rich and oily at 100 proof. Burnt caramel, dark honey, baked apple, leather and cinnamon bark. The sugar maple charcoal filtering shows as a clean sweetness through the midpalate.
Finish
Long, warming, oak-driven. Dark toffee, clove and lingering vanilla with a final flicker of smoke.
