Nose
Vanilla pod, coconut husk and warm brioche up front, then ripe mango, banana bread and a soft whiff of cracked pepper.
Palate
Explosive at cask strength — toasted oak, caramelised pineapple, custard cream and a mineral, almost peppery bite through the middle.
Finish
Long, hot and bright. Salted caramel, lingering tropical fruit and a clean vanilla fade.
