Bonfire smoke, smoked bacon, toasted coconut, dark honey, mango skin and a whiff of sea salt.
Palate
Huge arrival — peat smoke, chocolate orange, charred oak, tropical fruit, black pepper and barley sugar. Oily and muscular.
Finish
Long, warming, smoky-sweet with lingering cocoa, clove and dried mango.
