Nose
Raisin, fig, dark muscovado sugar. Cocoa dust, baked apple and a whisper of polished oak, with a background hum of roasted nut.
Palate
Warming and sweet — dried fruit, toffee, walnut, a gentle spice that builds toward the back. Cereal sweetness still audible beneath the sherry clothing.
Finish
Medium-long, nutty, with sherry sweetness fading into dry oak and a final flicker of dark chocolate.
