Ripe pear and pineapple leap out first, then vanilla pod, honeyed malt and warm pastry. A little orange oil and toasted almond sit behind.

Dense and fruit-forward. Mango, apricot, barley sugar, honeycomb. Mid-palate brings baked apple, cinnamon, gentle oak and a thread of dark caramel.

Long and generous. Tropical fruit lingers, joined by oak spice, cocoa nib and a final breath of vanilla cream.
