Candied apricot, white grape and warm barley sugar, with a curl of beeswax and orange blossom drifting through.
Palate
Lush and honeyed — dried peach, sultana, golden syrup on toast, a brush of almond marzipan and soft vanilla oak.
Finish
Medium and sweet, fading through raisin, light spice and a clean malty echo of Yorkshire grain.
