Palate
Silken and bright — poached apple, barley sugar, crème brûlée crust, with oak tannin unfurling into dried chamomile and a clean coastal salinity from the island air.
Finish
Medium-long and luminous. Spiced pear, white pepper, and a trailing thread of birch smoke that lingers like stardust on the tongue.
