Nose
Vanilla pod, banana bread and warm honey, with toasted coconut, orange oil and a thread of polished oak underneath.
Palate
Creamy and full — vanilla custard, ripe mango, honeyed barley and a swirl of cinnamon, with peppery oak tightening the back of the mouth.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, leaving coconut, vanilla and a faint citrus brightness.
