Tasting Notes

Nose

Stewed fig, dark honey and toasted coconut, then a curl of clove, cocoa nib and warm orange peel rising on the heat.

Palate

Thick and resinous — molasses, raisin, espresso bean and dark chocolate, with a peppery cinnamon glow and a lick of charred oak underneath.

Finish

Long, warming and faintly smoky, leaving cocoa, leather and a final breath of dried tropical fruit.
