Nose

Polished oak, dark honey, toasted pecan and baked cherry. A drift of pipe tobacco, cinnamon bark and old leather rounds it out.

Palate

Deep and layered — caramelised brown sugar, dark honey, toasted walnut, baking chocolate. The wheat stays soft at the core while the oak brings cedar, clove and a dry, resonant tannin.
