Nose

Toasted brioche brushed with honey, baked apple, vanilla bean, and a thread of toasted coconut from the seared French oak.

Palate

Dense and chewy — caramelised brown sugar, cinnamon stick, dark cherry, roasted pecan, and a peppery wheat warmth that builds across the tongue.
