Nose

Orange and citrus, vanilla, floral sweetness, underlying sharp oak spice — exotic and inviting, the subtropical maturation immediately apparent

Palate

Rich jam-like dark fruit — dates, ripe mango, melon — exotic spice, pepper, deep wood influence, surprisingly mature and complex for its calendar age

Finish

Long and spicy — slowly dissipating warmth, the cask strength delivering without harshness, the vinho barrique adding vinous depth throughout
