Raisin, fig, date syrup, dark muscovado sugar, espresso, walnut and old leather. Pure dessert.
Palate
Thick and treacly — Christmas pudding, prune juice, dark chocolate ganache, molasses, dried cherry and oloroso-deep oak.
Finish
Endless and sticky — raisins, cocoa, coffee grounds and a balsamic tang.
