Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich caramel, toasted oak, dried cherry. The ten years of maturation are immediately evident — deeper, darker, more complex than any standard Jack Daniel's expression. Beneath the wood, vanilla, leather and a gentle smokiness from the charcoal mellowing. Genuinely impressive.

Palate

Full-bodied and oak-rich — dark caramel, dried fruit, a robust wood character. The decade of Tennessee heat and cold has produced a whiskey of real depth. Mid-palate brings brown sugar, cinnamon, and a gentle tannic structure. At 48.5%, it has excellent presence.

Finish

Long, with oak, caramel and dried fruit sustaining impressively.
