Nose
Sweet tropical fruits, vanilla, caramel, sweet candies, a hint of cloves. The Shiraz cask influence — from Alexandrion's own European oak winery casks — adds a warm, generous fruit sweetness.
Palate
Rich and sweet with a hint of spice. The three years in bourbon casks followed by one year in 400L Shiraz barrels creates genuine depth. At 46%, non-chill-filtered, the wine influence is fully expressed.
Finish
Long, lingering and intense. The Shiraz character sustains impressively.
