Warm Oloroso — raisin, walnut shell and brown sugar. Beneath it, baked apple and a soft vanilla note from bourbon wood.
Palate
Smooth and nutty. Sherried dried fruit, toffee, hazelnut and a gentle cereal sweetness. Classic triple-distilled silkiness throughout.
Finish
Medium length, dried fruit, soft oak and a lingering nutty warmth.
