Rich dark fruits — prune, fig, raisin, plum — polished oak, honey-drizzled nuts, toffee, baking spice — the sherry depth is immediate

Palate

Dense sherried richness lifted by coastal saltiness — roast chestnuts, gentle wood spice, a distinctive maritime 'distillery funk,' oily full-bodied mouthfeel

Finish

The maritime character comes not from peat but from 18 years ageing in coastal warehouses on the Sound of Islay. First-fill Oloroso sherry casks, 46.3%, non-chill filtered, natural colour.
