Nose
Honeyed biscuit and toffee lift first, followed by orchard fruit — baked pear, red apple skin — and a whisper of cinnamon toast.
Palate
Silken on arrival, then a gentle swell of caramelised wheat, butterscotch, vanilla cream and a dusting of nutmeg. Mid-palate carries stone fruit and oak.
Finish
Medium, softly warming, with honey, toasted grain and a dry oak curl.
