Raisin, date, walnut and a streak of polished leather. Milk chocolate, dried fig and a faint balsamic shimmer.
Palate
Plump and rounded — Christmas cake, prune, toasted hazelnut, a hint of cola syrup. Oak tannin arrives late, dry and dignified.
Finish
Medium-long, nutty and warm, with lingering dark chocolate and a whisper of clove.
