Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft malt, milk chocolate, raisin and a touch of orange peel. Light oak spice and a faint nuttiness suggest sherry-cask influence at the edges.

Palate

Smooth and approachable — caramel, dried fig, toffee apple and gentle baking spice. The 40% strength keeps things easy-going.

Finish

Medium length, drying gently with cocoa, oak and a final hint of dried fruit.
