Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich vanilla, baking spice, dried apricot, charred oak and a deep caramel sweetness.

Palate

Full-bodied and oily. Caramel, dark brown sugar, cinnamon toast, nutmeg and leather. Rye spice builds with oak char and a dusting of cocoa.

Finish

Long, dry and spiced — lingering oak, black pepper, tobacco leaf and faint dark chocolate.
