Tasting Notes

Nose

Dark caramel, polished oak, dried cherry and orange oil. Underneath, brown butter, vanilla bean and a slow curl of leather.

Palate

Big, oily, layered. Toffee, dark fruit, cinnamon roll, candied pecan, then a deep wave of cured oak and baking spice. Astonishingly composed for the proof.

Finish

Enormous. Dark chocolate, espresso, clove and aged leather rolling on for what feels like forever. Warming, dry, deeply satisfying.
