Tasting Notes

Nose

Polished oak and toasted brioche tumble out first, then a slow bloom of dark cherry, candied orange peel, and brown butter. Underneath, old leather and the faintest curl of pipe tobacco.

Palate

Velvet across the tongue — vanilla custard, baked apple, honeyed pecan and a creeping warmth of cinnamon bark. The wood is generous but never bitter, more like a worn library shelf than a sawmill.

Finish

Long, contemplative, drying gently into clove, dark caramel and a whisper of leather. The kind of finish that makes you put the glass down and just sit a while.
