Nose
Rich rye, caramel, dried fruit. The ten-year-old 100% rye character is magnificent — dark bread, black pepper, a rich grain warmth. Beneath the rye, vanilla, dried cherry and a gentle spice. Bold and confident.
Palate
Full and grain-forward — dark rye, caramel, a robust spice. The 100% rye at ten years produces a whiskey of remarkable depth. Mid-palate brings cinnamon, dark fruit, a gentle warmth. At 100 proof, excellent body. The rye at its best.
Finish
Long, with rye spice and dark caramel sustaining strongly.
