Baked apple, raisin, honey and toasted almond. Oloroso adds walnut, brown sugar and a faint orange peel lift.
Palate
Creamy and sherried. Dried fruit, toffee, malt biscuit and a gentle nuttiness, with bourbon-wood vanilla still showing through.
Finish
Long, warming, with lingering sherry fruit, oak and a soft malty sweetness.
