Nose

Polished oak, honeycomb and dried tropical fruit. Wax polish, old ledger paper and a thin thread of sea spray.

Palate

Rich and mellow. Mango skin, candied ginger, beeswax and a touch of toasted coconut. Oak is present but well-integrated, with a gentle maritime dryness beneath.

Finish

Very long. Honey, dried pineapple, oak spice and a salt-and-herb fade.
