Expert Review

7/10

World's Best Single Grain at the 2014 World Whiskey Awards. 95% corn, 5% malted barley, triple distilled, matured in ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California. Non-chill filtered at 46%. From Dublin's first new distillery in 125 years. The red wine cask gives it a distinctive berry-tannic character uncommon in Irish whiskey.
