Tasting Notes

Nose

Pine forest, green apple, aged honey and a ribbon of gentle peat smoke. Moss, cedar and ripe pear drift through like cool mountain air.

Palate

Silken and layered. Poached pear, honeyed oak, green tea and a ghostly wisp of smoke, with Mizunara spice and beeswax running underneath.

Finish

Exceptionally long, with herbal smoke, honey and a final cool breath of forest air.
