Nose

Honeyed barley, dried apricot and orange peel, with warm oak spice and a trace of dark chocolate.

Palate

Smooth and rounded. Honey, candied orange, sultana and toffee, with gentle oak, cocoa and a whisper of ginger.

Finish

Long, warming and softly spiced, with honey, dried fruit and polished oak.
