Mortlach is an underrated distillery and this 15 year old shows why — meaty, complex, with dark chocolate and stewed plum notes. But I can't help feeling you're paying an extra £20-25 for the GoT branding. I'd happily drink it again, just wouldn't rebuy at this price when there are comparable Speysides for less.

Picked this up mostly for the Game of Thrones packaging, but the whisky inside genuinely impressed me. Rich dried fruit and honey on the nose, with a lovely spiced oak finish that lingers. At 46% it's got enough backbone to drink neat without feeling harsh. Worth the £89 if you're a fan of both the show and proper Speyside malts.
