Tasting Notes

Nose

Classic Macallan: raisin, orange peel, vanilla and polished oak. A faint hint of dried rose and dark chocolate behind the sweetness.

Palate

Rounded and sherry-led. Sultana, cinnamon, fig and a quiet touch of espresso. The oak is firm without bite, leaving room for stewed apple.
