This is everything I want from a Speyside — orchard fruits, a touch of honey, and just enough oak from those 15 years. At 46% it's got proper weight without being a bruiser. I keep coming back to this bottle when I want something reliable and satisfying neat.

Gordon & MacPhail really know what they're doing with Linkwood. The nose is all baked apples and vanilla, and the palate delivers with a lovely malty sweetness. For under £90 this is genuinely impressive for a 15 year old single malt. One of my favourite G&M bottlings.
