Tasting Notes

Nose

Buttered corn bread, vanilla, honey, a whisper of smoke. There's a fresh grain quality — sweet mash, damp oats — and a lick of caramel apple.

Palate

Soft, sweet and corn-forward. Caramel, toffee, baked banana, a gentle malt biscuit note, then warming oak and a touch of clove.

Finish

Medium, sweet and warming, with lingering vanilla, caramelised corn and a clean oak fade.
