Nose

Tropical dried fruits, PX sherry sweetness. Desiccated coconut, overnight oats. Vanilla backbone from the ex-bourbon base. Soft, creamy, inviting.

Palate

Rum and raisin front and centre — rum-soaked raisins, gingerbread spice, coconut. Caramelised fruit from the rum casks. A dessert whiskey with tropical, caramelised warmth. At 55% cask strength, no chill filtration.

Finish

Spiced rum warmth, dark chocolate, nutty oak. Lovely warmth that spreads across the mouth.
