Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright citrus zest, green apple and pear, vanilla cream, a wisp of bonfire smoke and cracked black pepper underneath.

Palate

Lively and peppery — orchard fruit, toffee, cereal sweetness, then a punchy peat-and-pepper kick from the Island and Islay malts.

Finish

Medium-short, warming, leaving smoke, ginger and toasted cereal.
