There's a lovely floral and spicy thing going on from the mizunara cask influence, and at 46.5% ABV it handles a single ice cube really well without falling apart. Nice whisky for when you want something different from your usual Scotch rotation.

That said, at nearly a hundred quid I expected a bit more depth on the finish — it fades quicker than I'd like.
