Crème brûlée, cloudy honey, crumbled cinnamon, leather, tobacco leaf, flamed orange peel, sherry, wisp of heather smoke

Palate

Apricot compote, crushed almonds, lime zest, toffee, roasted nuts, fig, oak, delicate peat, sea salt, baked apple

Finish

Long — smoked lemons, sweet malt, dried fruit, subtle heather peat, gentle spice — masterful balance
