Tasting Notes

Nose

Cut grass, green apple, a clean malty sweetness. A thread of lemon peel and a gentle floral quality. Fresh and light, with a simplicity that is appealing rather than disappointing.

Palate

Crisp and malty — barley sugar, citrus, a grassy freshness. Fifteen years in bourbon casks have added a gentle vanilla sweetness without overwhelming the spirit's clean character. A touch of white pepper mid-palate.
