Finish

Medium — drying, spiced sherry oak, lingering plum and ginger

Expert Review

7/10

Released late 2012, named for sixth Malt Master Brian Kinsman — Glenfiddich's first double-matured expression. Initially aged in traditional oak then finished for several years in sherry casks. NAS, 43%. Pleasant, easy-going sherry finish — fans love the gentle complexity, sceptics call it overpriced beside Balvenie DoubleWood.
