Toasty caramelised sugar, citrus peel, light fruit, slight florals, oily richness — the deep char immediately apparent

Palate

Immediately spicy — ginger, white pepper, chilli heat, crème brûlée, vanilla, mild maritime peat, funky workshop character

Finish

Long — ripe red apple, coastal brine, creamy vanilla custard, drying woody tannins — Campbeltown at cask strength
