Dried fruit, honey, polished oak. A mature, composed nose with gentle sherry sweetness, marzipan and a touch of dark chocolate. Twenty-one years have brought elegance and depth, with a subtle floral quality beneath the oak.
Palate
Rich and mature — toffee, dried apricot, a gentle oak spice. The two decades of maturation have given the spirit a rounded, integrated quality that is genuinely impressive. Mid-palate brings walnut, honey and a gentle warmth. Silky texture and excellent balance.
Finish
Long, with dried fruit sweetness and a gentle, mature oak warmth.
