Had this neat after a big meal and it was ideal. Warm baking spices, fig, and a long finish with a touch of bitter cocoa. The cask strength hits you but in a good way — there's real depth here. I'd happily buy another bottle if I spotted one.

Picked this up on a recommendation and it's a perfectly enjoyable sherried whisky. Rich and fruity with some nutty undertones, decent length on the finish. My issue is that at 17 years old and nearly a hundred quid I expected something more memorable. I'd drink it happily at a bar but wouldn't chase down another bottle.
