Palate
Bright grapefruit and lemon zest up front, then toffee sweetness, pine, juniper-like spice, raw honey, ginger — a herbaceous, savoury quality developing

Triple-distilled from 100% malted barley. 39% ex-bourbon, 61% ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Non-chill filtered, 46.3%.
