Clynelish was built in 1819 by the Marquess of Stafford to take grain from the tenants he was clearing off the Sutherland straths. Diageo paired its rare single-malt-bottled Reserve, at cask strength, with House Tyrell of Highgarden — and gave the set its most interesting whisky.
