Tasting Notes

Nose

Lemon zest, smouldering driftwood, vanilla cream and a curious herbal lift — fennel, perhaps, or dried tarragon. The unpeated component shows its hand early.

Palate

Bright and oily — salted lemon, beach bonfire, green apple, white pepper and a chalky mineral undertow. The smoke arrives in waves rather than a single blast.

Finish

Long, drying, faintly ashen, with citrus oil and lingering smoked salt.
