Caol Ila 1982 / 40 Year Old / 50th Anniversary Islay Whisky

A rare 40-year-old Caol Ila released for the 50th Islay Whisky Festival, bottled at a confident 49.5% ABV. At £1,700 it's a serious investment, but four decades of Islay character in a single glass is not something you encounter twice.
